2. Any otherland vehicle that is subject to a oon+
<br />pu8sory or financial responsibility law or other
<br />motor vehicle insurance law where it is |i-
<br />oonsedorphncipeUygamaged.
<br />However, "outo'does not incdude"mobile equip-
<br />nmenr.
<br />C. "Bodily injury" means bodily imjury, sickness or
<br />disease sustained byeperson including death re-
<br />sulting from any ofthese.
<br />D. "Covered pollution cost or expense" means any
<br />cost orexpense arising out of:
<br />1. Any request, demand, order or statutory or
<br />regulatory requirement that any '^insored" or
<br />others test for, mmni$nr, clean up, remove, con-
<br />tain, treat, detoxify or nemtma|ize, or in any way
<br />respond to, or assess the effects of ''poUut-
<br />ants'� or
<br />1 Any claim or "suit" by or on behalf of a Qmv-
<br />ernnmenba8 authority for damages because of
<br />testing for, monitoring, cleaning up, nsmcming,
<br />containing, tnee±ing, detoxifying or neutms|izing,
<br />or in any way responding to or assessing the
<br />effects of"poUutmnte"
<br />"Covered pollution cost or expense" does notin-
<br />clude any cost or expense arising out of the, ao-
<br />tua|, alleged or threatened discharge, dispersal,
<br />meepage, migratimn, re,|eaae or escape of"po|M-
<br />amts'':
<br />a. That are, or that are contained in any prop-
<br />erty that is:
<br />(1) Being transported or towed by, hand|ed,
<br />or handled for movement into, onto or
<br />from the covered ,'auto`^
<br />.
<br />(2) Otherwise in the course of transit by or
<br />onbehalf cfthe "inouned";
<br />(3) Being stored, disposed of, treated or
<br />processed in or upon the covered
<br />"auto";
<br />b. Before the "pollutants" or any property in
<br />which the "pollutants" are contained are
<br />moved from the place where they are ac-
<br />cepted by the "insured" for movement into
<br />mronto the covered °amtc.
<br />"auto"; or
<br />c. After the "pollutants"' or any property in
<br />mmxon the "pollutants" are uonnammo are
<br />moved from the covered "auto°bothe p|eum
<br />where they are finally delivered, disposed mf
<br />or abandoned by the "insured".
<br />Paragraph a.above does not apply tofuels, |u-
<br />bhcants, Ouide, exhaust gases or other similar
<br />]aoUubants" that are needed for or result from
<br />the normal e|eotr�oa�, hydraulic or mechanical
<br />functioning ofthe covered °uuto°orits parts, if:
<br />(1) The "pollutants" esompe, seep, rniQrmbe'
<br />or are discharged, dispersed or re-
<br />leased directly from an "auto" part de-
<br />signed by its mamufeotupar to hold,,
<br />store, receive or dispose of such "pol-
<br />lutants"; and
<br />(2) The "bodily injury'^. "property damage"
<br />or "covered po8uUon cost or expense"
<br />does not arise out of the operation of
<br />any equipment listed in Paragraph G.b.
<br />or 6.c. of the definition of "mobile equip-
<br />ment".
<br />Paragraphs b. and c. above do not apply to
<br />^accidents" that occur away from premises
<br />owned byorrented toan°inamred'^with respect
<br />to "pollutants" not in or upon a covered "auto"
<br />if:
<br />(i) The ~pd|ubants"orany property imwhich
<br />the ''po||ubents" are contained are wpset,
<br />overturned or damaged as a nmau|t of
<br />the maintenance or use of a covered
<br />"auto"; and
<br />(2) The diaoMurge, diapenaaU, seepage, mi-
<br />gration, release orescape cfthe "poUut-
<br />mnta" in caused directly by such upset,
<br />overturn ordamage.
<br />E. "Diminution in va|ue° means the actual or per-
<br />ceived loss in marketma�ue or resale value which
<br />results from a 6nacdamd accidental "loss".
<br />F. "Employee" includes a "leased worker". "Em-
<br />ployee"does not include a~temlporaryworker'
<br />G. '1nmured°means any organization qma|i-
<br />hy�ng as an insured in the Who Is An |mmwnmd pro-
<br />vision of the applicable coverage. Except with re-
<br />spect to
<br />e-epeotto the Limit ofInsurance, the coverage af-
<br />forded applies separately to each insured who is
<br />seeking coverage or against whom o claim or
<br />"auit`isbrought.
<br />H. "Insured contract" means:
<br />1. Alease ofpremises;
<br />2. Asidetrack egmeememt�
<br />3. Any easement orlicense agneemant, except in
<br />connection with construction or demolition op-
<br />erations qmorwithin 5Ofeet ofmrailroad;
