b. the original of the Senior Lender Deed of Trust; <br />C. an assignment of the Senior Lender Deed of Trust duly executed by <br />the Senior Lender and in recordable form; and <br />d. all other documents, instruments, agreements, certificates and <br />other items that evidence or secure the Senior Loan. <br />III -F. The Senior Lender and the City shall execute and deliver escrow <br />instructions and such other documents as may be reasonably necessary <br />or appropriate in connection with such escrow and to implement the intent <br />hereof. <br />III -G. The escrow holder shall be instructed to close the escrow within two (2) <br />business days after receipt of all such items and upon such close of <br />escrow to issue to the City a CLTA Form No. 104.1 endorsement to the <br />title policy, showing the City as Senior Lender's assignee with respect to <br />the Senior Lender Deed of Trust. <br />III -H.
