Each task will be performed as authorized, and the tentative length of time to <br />complete each project task is dependent on receipt of requested info from the City. <br />PROFESSIONAL FEES <br />Walker proposes to provide the services described herein for Task One in accordance with the <br />attached General Conditions of Agreement for a lump -sum fee of Thirty Seven Thousand and <br />Five Hundred Dollars ($37,500), inclusive of reimbursable expenses. <br />Reimbursable expenses will be billed at 1.15 times the actual direct cost of transportation and <br />subsistence when traveling in connection with the work and includes such items as overnight <br />charges, reproduction, and other project related expenses. <br />Any additional services not described in our proposal and performed at your request will be <br />invoiced at Walker's standard billing rates for basic services. <br />Walker Parking Consultants is fully committed to understanding your requirements for this <br />project. We will provide responsive, cooperative and quality professional services.
