Section 3 <br />SECTION 3.0 RESPONSES TO COMMENT LETTERS <br />In accordance with Section 15088 of the CEQA Guidelines, the OCWD as the Lead <br />Agency has evaluated the comments received on the Mid Basin Centennial Park <br />Injection Well Project Draft EIR. In accordance with CEQA Guidelines, the OCWD has <br />prepared responses for each comment received. Below is a listing of the public <br />agencies that provided comments on the Draft EIR.
