TIIE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />All of the information in this section, "THE IMPROVEMENT PROJECT," is taken from the Engineer's <br />Report for Assessment District No. 2015 -01 (Warner Industrial Community), prepared by Psomas, San Diego, <br />California (the "Assessment Engineer "), on file with the City Clerk (the "Engineer's Report "). <br />Description of Work <br />The City is using assessment financing to improve the pavement of the local, interior roadway network <br />within the Assessment District. <br />The location of the Assessment District may be generally described as being within the following streets <br />and landmark boundaries: <br />Beginning at the intersection of Harbor Boulevard and Warner Avenue, on the <br />north side of Warner Avenue, east to the abandoned Union Pacific Railroad <br />line, then south along the eastern edge of the abandoned railroad line to <br />Segerstrom Avenue, then east along the northern edge of Segerstrom Avenue to <br />an Orange County Flood Control Channel (D03) /Greenville Banning Channel, <br />then north along the western edge of the channel, continuing north on the <br />western edge of Fairview Street (where it crosses Harvard Street) to the <br />southern edge of Centennial Park, then west along the southern edge of the park <br />to the Santa Ana River, then south along the eastern edge of the river, and <br />continuing south along the eastern edge of IIarbor Boulevard to the point of <br />origin at Warner Avenue. <br />The streets to be improved within the Assessment District include: <br />• Adams Street <br />• Anne Street <br />• Castor Street <br />• Central Avenue <br />• Fordham Avenue <br />• Harvard Street <br />• Maywood Avenue <br />• Otis Street <br />• Pendleton Avenue <br />• Susan Street <br />• Yale Street <br />Only parcels having access to the streets being improved were included, therefore, if parcels have direct <br />access to major thoroughfares, and none of the streets listed above, these parcels were excluded from the <br />Assessment District. The major thoroughfares include: <br />• Fairview Street • Segerstrom Avenue <br />• Harbor Boulevard • Warner Avenue <br />16 <br />55B -86 <br />
