<br />As of May 17, 2016, there were 14 parcels in the Assessment District with unpaid property taxes
<br />totaling $128,675. The 14 parcels with delinquent property taxes in the Assessment District have a 2015 -16
<br />County assessed land value of $13,681,646, with the value of improvements (buildings) being $7,053,089,
<br />resulting in a total value of $20,734,735. The total value is approximately 103.7 times the outstanding unpaid
