Historical Property Tax Collections and Delinquencies <br />As of May 17, 2016, $128,675 of the property taxes levied in Fiscal Year 2015 -16 on the parcels with <br />unpaid assessments was delinquent. The level of delinquencies relating to property taxes in Fiscal Year 201546 <br />reflects payment on or before May 17, 2016, of delinquent property taxes and may not be indicative of future <br />delinquencies for the Assessment Installments. <br />Table 7 sets forth ad valorem property tax collections and delinquencies for properties in the <br />Assessment District for Fiscal Year 2015 -16.
