<br />Ben Stern will serve as the lead underwriter for the sale from our Los Angeles underwriting desk, with assistance from
<br />Betsy Kiehn in San Francisco. Ben has had a role in most of the California underwritings the firm has brought to
<br />market in the last several years. Together, Ben and Betsy make commitments for the firm on nearly 200 new issues
<br />totaling more than $3.5 billion each year.
<br />Jim Cervantes Jim Cervantes is a Managing Director in the San Francisco Public Finance office of Stifel. Jim joined Stone &
<br />Managing Director Youngberg in 1986 and Stifel with its acquisition of Stone S Youngberg in 201 L He has helped to raise over $6
<br />Lead Banker billion of capital for California's cities, counties, redevelopment authorities, water and wastewater districts, and
<br />non- profit borrowers. Jim earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Harvard University and a Master of Business
