This Bond shall not be entitled to any benefits under the Indenture or become valid or obligatory for any purpose until the certificate of authentication and registration hereon endorsed shall have been signed by the Trustee. It is hereby certified that all of the acts, conditions and things required to exist, to have happened or to have been performed precedent to and in the issuance of this Bond do exist, have happened and have been performed in due time, form and manner as required by law and that the amount of this Bond, together with All other indebtedness of the Agency, does not exceed any limit prescribed by the Constitution or laws of the State of California, and is not in excess of the amount of Bonds permitted to be issued under the Indenture.
