Morgan offers two options for initiating tax payments. <br />Tax Payment Services (TPS) <br />TPS allows clients using a touch -tone telephone or Internet browser to pay Federal, state and <br />municipal business tax payments electronically. By accessing the Web or making a phone call <br />and following simple voice prompts, clients can avoid the time - consuming process of completing <br />forms, writing checks and making unnecessary visits to the banking center. In addition, TPS <br />allows clients to be fully compliant with government mandates for electronic tiling without giving <br />the government access to their account numbers or funds. <br />J.P. Morgan ACCESS ACH <br />J.P. Morgan ACCESS offers comprehensive ACH functionality, including: <br />Electronic Federal Tax Paymonts (generic format also available) <br />State tax payments (generic format also available) <br />Payroll transactions <br />J.P. Morgan account funding <br />Cash Concentration and Cash Disbursement <br />ACH investigations (initiation and monitoring) <br />ACH reversals and reclamations <br />Vendor payments <br />Consumer credits and debits <br />Access receiving bank information <br />Special features: <br />ACH Import & Validation feature supports automated comma - delimited, tab - delimited, and <br />NACHA - formatted files of ACH transactions. <br />One or two day settlement from single or multiple accounts may be established, based on the <br />ACH transaction types selected when creating a batch, <br />Process <br />The J.P. Morgan ACCESS ACH module is integrated with a full complement of federal and state <br />tax templates that are accessed initially through the Internet and then available to access as <br />needed in real tune. Templates are updated online in conjunction with changes made by taxing <br />authorities.
