<br />If CONTRACTOR faithfully warrants the work done under said Contract Agreement against
<br />material or quality defects for a period of one year after acceptance by the AGENCY, then dials
<br />obligation shall be null and void, otherwise it shall remain in fall force and effect in favor of
<br />AGENCY; provided that any alterations in the obligations or time for completion made pursuant
<br />to the terms of the contract documents shall not in any way release either CONTRACTOR or
<br />SURETY, and notice of such alterations is hereby waived by SURETY.
