TI r <br />1111RANOI ON RILE <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />UNTIL INGUR <br />ZOE EIDI ES <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE JI)L 2 1 ?016 FIRST AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT <br />D� <br />THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into this 15th day of June, 2016, by and <br />between Kapsch TrafficCom Transportation NA, Inc., a Michigan Corporation (formally known <br />as Schneider Electric Mobility NA, Inc.) and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of California <br />("City"). <br />RECITALS: <br />A. The parties entered into Agreement # A-2D16-057, dated April 6, 2016 (hereinafter <br />C said Agreement"). <br />U. On April 11, 2016 Schneider Electric Mobility NA, Inc, changed its name to Kapsch <br />TrafficCom Transportation NA, Inc., A Michigan Corporation, <br />e <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to <br />all the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except those amended in this First Amendment <br />to the Agreement, the parties agree as follows: <br />1, Said Agreement is hereby amended by substitution of the name "Schneider <br />Electric Mobility NA, Inc." for the name "Kapsch TrafficCom Transportation NA, Inc." wherever it <br />appears in the Agreement.
