Enclosed you <br />will find 2 copies of the OBF Loan Agreement in the amount of $40,419.47. A copy of the LTC, indicating <br />the determination of the loan provisions, is attached. <br />Please sign notarize and return the two ]2] original Loan Agreements to the address on the letterhead <br />above. As these Agreements are documents establishing your obligation to repay the loan amount, a <br />notarization of your signature is required. <br />Upon SCE's receipt of the signed Loan Agreements from City Of Santa Ana /David Cavazos an SCE <br />representative will countersign them and a fully executed original will be returned to you for your records. <br />At that time SCE will process your OBF Loan disbursement and mail it to you, or your designee. <br />If you have any questions, please contact your SCE Account Representative.
