<br />Dear David Cavazos:
<br />Based on SCE's final review and approval of your Energy Management Solutions Installation Report, and
<br />a final Loan Term Calculation [LTC], your On -Bill Financing Application has been approved. Enclosed you
<br />will find 2 copies of the OFF Loan Agreement in the amount of $22,263.99. A copy of the LTC, indicating
<br />the determination of the loan provisions, is attached.
<br />Please sign notarize and return the two 121 original Loan Agreements to the address on the letterhead
<br />above. As these Agreements are documents establishing your obligation to repay the loan amount, a
<br />notarization of your signature is required.
<br />Upon SCE's receipt of the signed Loan Agreements from City Of Santa Ana /David Cavazos an SCE
<br />representative will countersign them and a fully executed original will be returned to you for your records.
<br />At that time SCE will process your OBF Loan disbursement and mail it to you, or your designee.
