INSURANCE NOT REQUIRED <br />WORK MAY PROCEED <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />DATE 1,d1 -/ (11 <br />�T ARTS AN <br />A- 2015 - 134 -01 <br />This First Amendment to Arts and Culture Artist Grant Program Agreement between <br />the City of Santa Ana and Maria Reyna ( "First Amendment ") is entered this 22 day of June, <br />2016, by and between the City of Santa Ana ( "City "), a charter city and municipal <br />corporation organized and existing under the Constitution and laws of the State of <br />California, and Maria Reyna ( "Grantee "), and collectively with City, the "Parties." <br />RECITALS <br />A. On August 4, 2015, the Parties entered into the Arts and Culture Artist <br />Grant Program Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and Maria <br />Reyna, Agreement # A -2015 -134 ( "Agreement "). <br />B. The parties wish to extend the term of the Agreement. <br />Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual and respective promises, and subject to <br />the terms and conditions of said Agreement, except as herein modified, the Parties <br />agree as follows: <br />1. Section 3, Term, shall be amended to extend the termination date to June <br />30, 2017. <br />2. Except as hereinabove modified, all terms and conditions of said <br />Agreement shall remain in full force and effect. <br />Signatures on following page <br />
