Please be concise in your response. <br />Only the viewable space will print. <br />The Homeless Evaluation Assessment Response Team (HEART) program is a collaboration of law <br />enforcement/government and non-profit services intended to assist our homeless population by providing <br />crucial help for finding housing and services necessary in an effort to reduce the homeless rate.
