NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br />• Compliance with all current codes, standards and ordinances is required. <br />REHAB / ACQUISITION / ON-GOING COMPLIANCE <br />• Compliance with all applicable codes (federal, state, and local) is generally required.
