ON-GOING COMPLIANCE <br />• Deficiencies that pose an imminent threat to public health or safety must be addressed immediately. <br />BUILDING INTERIOR <br />KITCHEN SINKS. FAUCETS AND GARBAGE DISPOSALS <br />NEW CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS <br />• Compliance with all current codes, standards and ordinances is required. <br />• The use of EPA Water Sense labeled faucets is required. <br />REHAB / ACQUISITION / ON-GOING COMPLIANCE <br />• Compliance with all applicable codes (federal, state, and local) is generally required.
