Extension of CUP No. 2013 -19 — Downtown 414 Restaurant at 414 West Fourth Street <br />October 18, 2016 <br />Page 2 <br />CEQA COMPLIANCE <br />In accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act, this project is exempt from CEQA per <br />Section 15061 (b)(3).
