4. Proposer will provide certificates of completion to all students that successfully <br />complete the training course at the conclusion of the training course and provide <br />copies of the certificates to the ASAUA Training & Exercise Program Manager within <br />30 days of delivery of the training course. <br />3,1.2 QUANTITIES FOR TRAINING COURSES <br />1, Quantities listed herein are estimates and are not to be construed as a commitment, <br />No minimum or maximum is guaranteed or Implied, <br />3.1.3 PRICING FOR TRAINING COURSES <br />1. All pricing quoted by Proposer in the RFQ and Response Packet will be considered <br />by the grant office to be good faith estimates and used for budgetary planning <br />purposes only, Firm price quotes will be requested from and provided by the selected <br />qualified vendors during an Informal solicitation for quotation and Purchase Order <br />process and will remain firm for the term of any agreement that may be awarded as a <br />result of this RFQ. <br />2. Unless otherwise stated, Proposer agrees that, in the event of a price decline, the <br />benefit of such lower price shall be extended to the City. <br />3, All prices are to be F.O.B. destination. Any freight/delivery charges are to be <br />Included. <br />4. Any price increase or decrease for subsequent contract terms may be negotiated <br />between Proposer and City only after completion of the initial term, <br />5. Taxes and freight charges: <br />a.
