18. A list of "approved" courses is available from Cal OES at yvww.calo2s.ca.ggv and a <br />list of Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) approved classes is <br />available at www.fema. av/#rainin <br />19. Proposers are responsible for providing all course materials and delivering it to the <br />site(s) of all training. <br />20. Proposer will work with the ASAUA Homeland Security Regional Training and <br />Exercise Program Manager and requesting agency to coordinate the training <br />calendar and venue. <br />21. When required, Proposer must obtain the applicable certifications for developed <br />courses before training begins. The need for certification will be determined by the <br />ASAUA Training & Exercise Program Manager. It shall be the responsibility of the <br />Proposer to complete all of the forms and documentation necessary to obtain the <br />required certifications. The ASAUA Homeland Security Regional Training and <br />Exercise Program Manager will assist the Proposer with the submission of the <br />requests for certification. The City shall not be billed for any costs associated with <br />obtaining these certifications. <br />22. Proposer will be required to obtain Emergency Medical Association (EMA) or <br />Emergency Management Institute (EMI) certification on developed courses if the <br />course content contains materials that require state and/or federal certification. The <br />ASAUA Homeland Security Regional Training and Exercise Program Manager will <br />assist the Proposer with the submission of the requests for certification. The City <br />shall not be billed for any costs associated with obtaining these certifications. <br />23. Proposer may not charge the City for materials brought to the class that are not <br />utilized. <br />24.
