Include design, materials, condition, alterations, size, setting, and boundaries.) <br />The Trawick House is an example of the Spanish Colonial Revival style of architecture. 1" shaped in plan, the house is <br />sheathed in a "Humpy Bumpy" finished stucco, and has a cross -gabled roof with clay tile and very narrow eaves. The <br />residence is two -stories with a the front facing bay having large arched windows with multiple lights and canopies, as well as <br />a low projecting wall that creates a small courtyard in the front. The front entry includes a heavy wooden door. The front <br />facade of the second story includes a balcony with decorative carved wood posts and segmented arches. The garage sits to <br />the rear of the yard, but is nondescript architecturally. The Trawick House once had a Hollywood drive, but the center strip <br />has since been filled. <br />*P3b.
