City Responsibilities <br />It is MiTECH's understanding that the City will provide: <br />1. Cherwell application software <br />2. Installation and configuration of on- premises virtual servers with Windows Server operating <br />system and Microsoft SQL Server Database <br />3. Technical and user resources to support the implementation in accordance with MITECH's <br />implementation approach and associated activities <br />(provide your views and description of resources required (# of staff, project roles, time <br />commitment, etc.) <br />4. Office space for vendor to work on -site as needed <br />5.
