EXHIBIT A -1 <br />SCOPE OF OPTIONAL SERVICES <br />CITY may elect the following optional services and shall provide Banking Services Provider no less than 90 days <br />advance notice of its intention to authorize such services. Additional product specific agreements may be required <br />for these services to be implemented. <br />• Commercial Card <br />• Smart Safe with Advanced Credit <br />Each of the above services shall be performed as described in the Proposal and subject to additional agreements <br />to be entered into between the City and the Banking Services Provider. <br />
