b. When and how are the discount rate and other fees charged to the City? <br />Can this fee be paid (in whole or part) through Account Analysis? <br />c. Describe the Bank's position on allowing service /convenience fees to be <br />added to credit card transactions. <br />d. Describe your reporting methodology and how adjustments and <br />chargebacks are handled, Are chargebacks and other debit adjustments <br />netted from daily proceeds or debited separately? What is the rebuttal <br />process? <br />e. Is the Bankcard relationship managed by a separate unit of the Bank, or <br />by the Account Relationship Manager? Please briefly describe the <br />structure of this area. <br />4. Corporate Credit / Purchase Cards - The City currently has from 8 to 10 <br />corporate credit cards issued to select employees and averages approximately <br />$500,000 in card transactions annually. <br />a. Can the Bank provide the City with corporate / purchase credit cards? <br />L What is the prevailing interest rate? <br />ii. Is there a rebate program for early payment? <br />iii. Is a 25 day grace period available on a non - premium basis? <br />b. Does the Bank provide consolidated and individual monthly billing for <br />all corporate cardholder's accounts? Please describe and provide a <br />sample billing. Is this billing available on -line and is there an online <br />monitoring tool? <br />c. Please describe and provide details for the corporate / purchase credit <br />card administration? <br />U. Additional and Other Services. The Bank is encouraged to list additional <br />services and the costs for those services that are customarily provided to <br />governmental entities. In your Bank's proposal, describe alternate approaches to <br />the requested services where feasible or additional services offered or <br />recommended, which may not be specifically requested but of benefit to the City. <br />Discuss any creative pricing or payment options the Bank can provide. <br />IV. TIME OF PERFORMANCE <br />The services described herein shall be provided for a three (3) year term beginning from the <br />commencement of depository banking services (which shall begin not sooner than January 1, <br />2017 and not later than July 1, 2017 depending on replacement of the current banking services <br />provider) with an option exercisable by the City for an additional two one 1 year extensions, <br />unless either party provides written notice of its intention not to renew (120) days prior to the <br />end of the then current term.
