Executive Summary <br />Strengthening our Partnership with the City of <br />Santa Ain a <br />We are honored to provide the City of Santa Ana ( "City ") with our proposal for banking <br />services. For the past six (6) years, it has been our pleasure to serve as the City's primary <br />banking provider and we look forward to continuing this valued relationship for many <br />years to come. Our history and knowledge of the City's banking needs will help ensure an <br />efficient and effective relationship that continues to provide exceptional service at the <br />best value to the City and its constituents. We are excited at this opportunity to <br />strengthen our relationship with the City of Santa Ana. <br />Cure Ranking Solutions <br />J.P. Morgan's Treasury Services line of business is a leading full - service provider of <br />innovative payment, collection, commercial card, liquidity management and information <br />channel solutions to governments and municipalities across the globe. The City fully <br />subscribes to numerous J.P. Morgan treasury products in order to support your day -to- <br />day banking requirements including: ACH for Payroll, Image Cash Letter, Cash Vault <br />and Branch deposits, and fraud protection services such as Positive Pay and ACH Debit <br />Block. You are provided with web -based decisioning tools and other electronic options to <br />facilitate the Finance Department in carrying out the daily responsibilities of overseeing <br />and managing cash for the City. <br />As the City looks at the opportunity to centralize additional financial products with a <br />single bank, we are pleased to provide information for the optional services listed within <br />the RFP: <br />r. Merchant Card Services — While our wholly owned subsidiary Commerce <br />Solutions serves as the processor for a portion of the City's current merchant <br />processing business, we stand ready to competitively process the remaining <br />transaction volume not processed today. <br />2. Corporate Credit /Purchase Cards — We are providing our recommendation for <br />moving your current program over to J.P. Morgan to benefit from increased <br />efficiencies, immediate online reporting for transaction details and a generous rebate <br />program to provide additional revenue to the City as the program grows. <br />Additional and Other Services — J.P. Morgan proposes additional services that <br />based on our understanding of your banking requirements may be a good fit in the <br />future.
