2015 URBAN WATER MANAGEMENT PLAN <br />1.3.1 City of Santa Ana Service Area <br />The City is in the heart of Orange County and rated eleventh largest in California. The City's Water Utility <br />provides water service within a 27- square mile service area. The service area includes the City of Santa <br />Ana and a small neighborhood in the City of Orange, near Tustin Avenue and Fairhaven by the northeast <br />corner of Santa Ana.
