This Agreement is executed in four (4) <br />duplicate originals, each of which is deemed to be an original. This Agreement comprises pages <br />1 through inclusive, and Attachments Nos. 1 through _ which, together with all <br />documents and agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire understanding and agreement <br />of the parties with respect to the Project Site. <br />This Agreement integrates all of the terms and conditions: mentioned herein or incidental hereto <br />and supersedes all negotiations or previous agreements between the parties with respect to all or <br />any part of the subject matter hereof. <br />6.18 Time for Acceptance of Agreement b�Ci1v. This Agreement, when executed by the <br />Developer and delivered to the City, must be authorized, executed and delivered by the City <br />within thirty (30) days after the date of signature by the Developer or this Agreement shall be <br />void, except to the extent that the Developer may consent in writing to further extensions of time <br />for the authorization, execution and delivery of this Agreement.
