CAFR REPORTS <br />The HdLCC CAFR Package containing the following reports will be supplied to the City <br />annually prior to the end of September: <br />• Use Category Summary for the fiscal year of the CAFR <br />• Property Tax Dollar Breakdown <br />• Roll Summary for current fiscal year <br />• Net taxable assessed value for last ten (10) fiscal years <br />Assessed value of taxable property: secured, unsecured and no -unitary for last <br />ten fiscal years <br />• Assessed value of taxable property by category for last ten fiscal years <br />• Top ten property tax payers for current fiscal year <br />• Top ten property tax payers ten (10) fiscal years ago <br />• Direct and overlapping property tax rates for last ten (10) fiscal years <br />• Demographic and economic statistics for last ten (10) calendar years <br />• Single family residential sales value history <br />• Direct and overlapping debt report <br />g. ON-GOING CONSULTATION <br />During the term of the contract HdLCC will serve as the City of Santa Ana's resource <br />staff on questions relating to property tax and assist in estimating current year property <br />tax revenues. On-going consultation would include, but not be limited to, inquiries <br />resolved through use of the CITY's database. <br />h. LEGISLATIVE ANALYSIS <br />HdLCC will monitor and report on issues related to property tax legislation and <br />coordinate with City's staff in connection with passed and potential property tax <br />legislation and regulations. <br />Page 1 19 <br />
