research, or similar matters not necessary to carry out services outlined in <br />Section 4-2.0. <br />4.3.2 County Research <br />Any research with County agencies for which CONSULTANT does not <br />have a current database. <br />4-3.3 Bond Services <br />Bond services are available for a fixed negotiated fee, including: <br />(p) Tax Allocation Bonds fiscal consultant reports <br />(q) Mello -Roos Special Tax studies <br />4-3.4 Additional Meetings Requested <br />Meetings in excess of the annual meeting to review the analysis of <br />property tax data, trending information, and other findings with CITY shall be <br />considered an Optional Service. <br />4-4.0 ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br />4-4.1 Extra Work <br />CITY shall have the right at any time during the performance of the <br />services, without invalidating this Agreement, to order extra work beyond that <br />specified in the Scope of Services or make changes by altering, adding to or <br />deducting from said work. <br />4-4.2 Change Order <br />No extra work may be undertaken unless a written "Change Order' is first <br />given by the Contract Officer to the CONSULTANT, incorporating therein any <br />material adjustment in the contract and/or the time to perform this Agreement, <br />which said adjustments are subject to the written approval of the CONSULTANT. <br />4-5.0 OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES WITH RESPECT TO SERVICES <br />4.5.1 City Materials and Support <br />CITY agrees to provide the following information: <br />(a) Current CITY maps and zoning map; <br />(b) A copy of reports received by the CITY annually from the Auditor - <br />Controller's office detailing assessed values (secured, unsecured <br />and utilities), as well as unitary values for reconciliation analysis; <br />(c) Parcel listing and maps of CITY parcel annexations since the lien <br />date roll; <br />no <br />
