32. Will 5% franchise fee apply to awarded contractor for COD <br /> temporary service? <br /> The 5% franchise fee required of the successful contractor shall <br /> apply only to all solid waste which the contractor has the <br /> exclusive right to collect and dispose of. The 5% fee shall not be <br /> applied to any temporary roll-off containers the contractor <br /> supplies for construction and demolition debris unless or until <br /> such a fee is required of all temporary roll-off haulers. <br /> 33. Do we require litigation reports from large parent companies <br /> or just for local subsidiaries. <br /> The City will limit its requirements identified in section F2 . 9 to <br /> parent company, parent company subsidiaries operating in <br /> California, all partners, principles or joint venture companies. <br /> 34 . Does the City require audited financial reports from <br /> subsidiaries? (Most audited reports are for parent company) . <br /> If an entity which will sign the contract has a parent company, the <br /> City will accept unaudited financial reports for the entity as long <br /> as audited financial reports are submitted for the parent company. <br /> 35.
