III. DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSED EMERGENCY SERVICES <br /> A. COMMUNICATION <br /> We believe the first critical element of any emergency response plan is close <br /> communication with the City. In the event of any emergency, Great Western will commit <br /> our top management to work directly with the designated City staff. <br /> Our communication will be ongoing throughout the period of the emergency, providing <br /> key information to City management such as location of equipment, progress of clean up <br /> or other activity, reporting of findings in the field and any community or media inquiries <br /> as appropriate. <br /> Additionally, our emergency plan clearly outlines the lines and hierarchy of <br /> communication internal to Great Western Reclamation. <br /> 2 <br />
