C. KEY PERSONNEL <br /> 1. Great Western Reclamation Key Personnel <br /> General Information <br /> The following information pertains to the competency of personnel employed <br /> by Great Western Reclamation, who have direct responsibility for commercial solid <br /> waste collection activities. This section includes personal profiles on each key <br /> individual showing years of industry experience and past work experience. <br /> Appendix G also provides a listing of Great Western's current employees, and <br /> current job descriptions outlining responsibilities for each position. <br /> The composite of industry experience for the following key personnel totals <br /> more than 100 years and is quite impressive. The sum total of these assetsto the <br /> Waste Management of North America philosophy of "Service First" is indicative of <br /> the positive, professional approach to customer satisfaction. This same goal and <br /> mental attitude permeates the more than 62,000 worldwide employees of our <br /> Corporation and exemplifies the real assets of the Company which are its people. <br /> The Division President has the overall responsibility of the division and has <br /> ultimate responsibility to the City for administration of the contract. The Division <br /> President will delegate certain responsibilities of this daily administration, as <br /> deemed necessary, to most effectively comply with all requirements. <br /> The Vice President/Controller is responsible for all accounting aspects of the <br /> company and internal systems and procedures. Reporting of all data, service rates <br /> increases, customer billing and receivables are the Controller's responsibilities for <br /> the administration of the contract. <br /> The Operations Manager is responsible for any customer service problems <br /> and assuring that satisfactory service is provided to all commercial customers. His <br /> daily supervision of route supervisors and the drivers are of prime importance to <br /> the overall compliance with the contract. <br /> 8 <br />
