D. AFFIRMATIVE ACTION <br /> 1. Development and Execution of Action-Oriented Programs <br /> Waste Management is proud to be one of the leading corporations in the <br /> United States in regards to our Affirmative Action Programs. <br /> It is Waste Management's policy and therefore, Great Western's, not to <br /> discriminate against any employee, or applicant for employment, because of race, <br /> color, religion, sex, age, national origin, veteran status or disability. The Group Vice President, Human <br /> Resources, and the Division President are active participants in the establishment <br /> of the program and its successful implementation.
