INTRODUCTION <br /> Great Western Reclamation and its affiliated companies are exceptionally qualified to <br /> perform waste collection, and recycling and diversion services to the City of Santa Ana. <br /> This section is organized as follows: first, a general description of Great Western <br /> Reclamation's experience is provided. The next element of this section describes the <br /> general experience and financial capacity of Great Western's parent company and its <br /> affiliates. We believe the experience and financial capacity that Waste Management Inc. <br /> provides on a national and international level, is an integral part of our qualifications, since <br /> Great Western has at our disposal this vast array of resources.
