VII. RISKS AND CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS <br /> A. AB 939 COMPLIANCE AND INDEMNIFICATION <br /> Great Western Reclamation understands the risks and obligations it will assume to <br /> meet the requirements of AB 939, the California Integrated Waste Management Act and <br /> the City of Santa Ana's Source Reduction and Recycling Element. Great Western <br /> Reclamation agrees to indemnify the City of Santa Ana against fines and/or penalties <br /> imposed by the California Integrated Waste Management Board in the event it is not in <br /> compliance with said requirements in accordance with 13 (e) of the Agreement supplied <br /> by the City and Section D.2 of the Request For Proposals. <br /> 2 <br />
