This balance between domestic and local mills, <br /> and large consumers of waste paper overseas strikes the critical <br /> balance necessary to keep the supply of paper from Santa Ana and <br /> elsewhere moving into markets. <br /> These contacts and this knowledge of the international <br /> marketplace are unsurpassed by any other business or competitor. <br /> PRI's primary responsibility is to manage the marketing and <br /> procurement effort for baled secondary fiber for both principals. No <br /> other recycler or solid waste collector can meet the marketing <br /> performance of Waste Management and the PRI. <br /> Container Recovery Alliance (CRA) - American National Can <br /> Waste Management Inc. and American National Can formed the <br /> joint venture, Container Recovery Alliance (CRA), to market all cans <br /> and glass recovered through Waste Management recycling <br /> programs. American National Can is a world-wide leader in the <br /> manufacturing and marketing of aluminum, glass and plastic cans <br /> and packages. American National Can has extensive experience <br /> spanning two decades involving the utilization of recycled material in <br /> their production process. Again, the City of Santa Ana can be <br /> assured that the material separated and sold through the Santa <br /> Ana/City Cycle MRF will be converted into useful products and <br /> goods. <br /> The markets for these materials, particularly glass, have a <br /> substantially more local and regional flavor than paper.
