The first row reflects the markup if the Proposer(a) are asked to find a resource. Since this scenario <br />requires additional marketing costs, it is expected the markrp will be higher. The second row should reflect the <br />markup if a resource has already been identified and no marketing is required. Furthermore, identify the <br />different markup percentages between a W2 employee and Corp -tri -Garp resource, Finally, estimate <br />approximately how many hours would be necessary before the markup (and corresponding rate) would drop to <br />that of the identified resource markup percentage.
