3. EXPIRATION <br />Unless otherwise accepted by LN, the terms herein are valid if the Schedule A is signed by the Customer and <br />received by LN on or before January 28, 2017. <br />5. JURISDICTION • VENUE <br />Notwithstanding, Section 11 of the LN Application and Agreement, this Agreement has been executed and <br />delivered in the State of California and the validity, interpretation, performance, and enforcement of any of the <br />clauses of this Agreement shall be determined and governed by the Paws of the State of California together with <br />applicable federal law.
