Administration (PAA) Form 7460-1, Notice of Proposed Construction or Altorration (or $4011 other official form as designated), for the purpose of airspace evaluation for any and all current and fttbu'e consnvetion or modification proposed on the above d0soribod real property. ACCESS TO EASEMENTAREA DIST'RIC't' agrees to notify GRAN'TOR's Airport Director or designee prior to DIS'I'RICT's commencement of, [repair or relocation work hr the Easement Area. GRANTOR shall have the ri$ht to designate the access to the Easement Area through GRANI'OR's property by written notice to DISTRICT. This designated access route shall reasonably aceonunodato DISTRICT'S maintenance vehicles, In the event of a need for tine GRANTOR to change die access location, GRANTOR shall attempt to give ten (10) days written notice. Said notice shaft be given by Airport Director or designee. 11, ADD SECTION 6 The following section is hereby added to the Easements Section G. Section 6.
