Wireless network access is available for City staff and guest <br />access, <br />• Switched Ethernet backbone in City Hall connecting City Hall LANs and computer <br />operating in the Central Computer Center <br />• Mobile Device Management system utilized to manage and secure 334 personal and <br />City issued smartphones and tablets <br />* The City's telecommunications network serves 22 operating locations through an <br />AT&T network of local, T-1, Fiber Optic and OPX lines with approximately 3,352 <br />equipped voice ports, 40 voicemail ports, 2,104 telephone extensions and 1,773 <br />telephone instruments, <br />• The existing telecommunications infrastructure is comprised of 14 NEC telephone <br />switches (NEAR 2400 IPX, NEAX 2000 IPX, NEAX 2000 IPS), key systems (NEAR <br />INFOSET 408) and 32 VolP telephones plus a CENTIGRAM 640 voice processing <br />system with. 40 ports and 120 hours of storage_ <br />• The City has adopted the ANSIIEIA/TIA and NEC standards, as well as SICSI design <br />and installation methods for all materials, installation, testing, configuration and <br />documentation of the City telecommunications infrastructure.
