<br />VISION: Orange County's strategic local vision Is to fuel collaborative partnerships, system alignment, policy development,

<br />to support and strengthen growth for the local and regional economy and economic self-sufficiency for individuals.
<br />GOALS: Based on analytical background information presented in the OC Regional Plan, the OC Local Plan's vision and
<br />corresponding goals are designed around articulating service delivery at the local level that aligns with the regional labor market
<br />needs and system architecture blueprint laid out in the regional plan. The OC Local Plan goals are presented here, in alignment
<br />with both the California State Plan and OC Regional Plan.
