Contractors will sign -in under Biel opening for Project 15-6840 to receive elevator access to the 3rd floor lobby, Contractors should allow themselves additional time to register in order to avoid missing the timo-stamp deadline, Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Proposal Guaranty in the form of a cashier's or certified check payable to the City of Santa Ana, or Bid Bond issued by a corporate surety, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid aggregate, as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into the proposed contract if the same is awarded. The signature of the bidder on the bid bond must be notarized. The City of Santa Ana reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any ni.inor or non - substantive irregularities in the bid documents. Prier to bid opening, Bidders must possess or obtain a valid California Class "A" Contractor's 11cense, Addenda issued during the time the bid is advertised will be posted on the City of Santa Ana website.
