j. Confidentiality. Notwithstanding any language to the contrary in any <br />applicable non -disclosure or confidentiality agreement between the Parties, Licensor <br />may, without the prior consent of the Licensee, provide confidential or proprietary <br />information related to this Agreement to a governmental or regulatory entity that <br />requests such information. <br />
