Contract Amendment for Police Patrol Vehicles <br />April 18, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />On October 4, 2016, City Council awarded a contract to Fairway Ford Sales, Inc. for the <br />purchase of 28 police Interceptor vehicles. Fairway Ford has agreed to honor the same pricing <br />for these two additional vehicles. To allow for unanticipated charges, a five percent contingency <br />has been included in the award amount.
