SYSTEM TESTING/ISSUE RESOLUTION <br />CivicRec is ready to go off -the -shelf. In some situations, our clients have asked for either software <br />enhancements or for Custom code specific to their needs. If customizations are requested (note: an <br />additional fee may apply), then we will work with you to fully understand your requirements prior to <br />beginning work. If the City wishes to test the custom code changes, then we will provide a testing <br />environment in which you can review the new functionality and provide sign -off prior to moving the code <br />to production. <br />TRANSITION TO PRODUCTION <br />During the 12-week implementation period, Santa Ana and CivicRec will work together to import and/ <br />or configure production data, develop and test integration to third party systems, and complete system <br />training with your lead and frontline staff. The City will also have begun your marketing promotion for the <br />new site and online registration. During Week 12, CivicRec will complete a final data import (if required) <br />and Santa Ana will ensure the site is fully configured and ready for launch. Once the City has indicated <br />a Go for launch, you will place a new link on your site which will redirect your customers to CivicRec. <br />During this time, CivicRec is available to be on site with you or can be available remotely for immediate <br />assistance should the City of Santa Ana desire. <br />30 <br />25F-31 <br />
