CUP No. 2016-26 — ATC Sequoia Wireless Facility at 2961 West MacArthur Boulevard <br />April 18, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />Since the subject facility is an existing communication facility, the City is limited to certain <br />modifications under Section 6409(a) of the Middle Class Tax Relief Act. Therefore, this subject <br />facility is exempt from additional structural alterations. However, the City will condition all new <br />communication facilities to comply with an Importance Factor of 1.5, which is the building <br />standard for public safety facilities.
