Churches, chapels and religious meeting halls. <br />(a) The minimum off-street parking requirements for churches, chapels and religious <br />meeting halls are as follows: one (1) space for each three fixed seats plus one, (1) <br />space for each fifty (501 square feet of floor area in seating areas <br />without fixed seats. <br />(b) For purpose of this section, "seating areas" shall include congregation seating, prayer <br />and cry rooms, pastor and choir areas, and similar areas. <br />75A-16 <br />
