Resolution Adopting New ETAC Bylaws <br />May 16, 2017 <br />Page 2 <br />The former bylaws are outdated and make references to obsolete roles. The new ETAC bylaws <br />make reference to the new Ordinance, and are updated to match the style and format of other <br />more recently adopted bylaws in effect on other committees. Lastly, the new bylaws are <br />organized in logical sequence. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />There is no environmental impact associated with this action. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item supports the City's efforts to meet Goal #6 — Community Facilities & <br />Infrastructure, Objective #1 (establish and maintain a Community Investment Plan for all City <br />assets), Strategy G (develop and implement the City's Capital Improvement Program in <br />coordination with the Community Investment and Deferred Maintenance Plans). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />There is no fiscal impact associated with this action. <br />I bz� <br />Fred Mousavipour <br />Executive Director <br />Public Works Agency <br />i <br />Exhibits: 1.
