EXHIBIT A <br />Conditions of Approval <br />Conditional Use Permit No. 2017-11 is approved subject to compliance, to the <br />reasonable satisfaction of the Planning Manager, with all applicable sections of the <br />Santa Ana Municipal Code, the California Administrative Code, the California Building <br />Standards Code and all other applicable regulations. <br />The applicant must comply in full with each and every condition listed belowrip or to <br />exercising the rights conferred by this conditional use permit. <br />The applicant must remain in compliance with all conditions listed below throughout the <br />life of the conditional use permit. Failure to comply with each and every condition may <br />result in the revocation of the conditional use permit. <br />1. All proposed site improvements must conform to the Site Plan Review approval of DP <br />No. 2016-34. <br />2. Any amendment to this conditional use permit must be submitted to the Planning <br />Division and Police Department for review. At that time, staff will determine if <br />administrative relief is available or the conditional use permit must be amended. <br />3. Prior to approval of Certificate of Occupancy, all on-site improvements shall be made <br />in accordance with the submitted plans. <br />4. There shall be a maximum of 45 children permitted at any given time for the child care <br />facility. Any increase in the number of children will require further review of the <br />conditional use permit. <br />5. Hours of operation for the facility shall be limited to 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. <br />6. Landscaping shall be maintained in compliance with the submitted plan including all <br />parkways and street trees. Any modifications to this plan shall be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for review and subject to the approval of the Planning Manager. <br />7. Prior to submittal into Building plan check, revise the plans to address the following: <br />a. Depict and note the location of the trash enclosure and bin(s) for the proposed <br />project to ensure it is adjacent to the preschool use. <br />b. Depict the safe and efficient access of trash vehicles to trash receptacles and <br />recycling bins inside the property. <br />Resolution No. 2017-13 <br />Page 5 of 6 <br />
